3.1 Performance of a contract
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process data to fulfil orders, configure the DeviHouse system, provide technical support, and communicate with clients regarding the services provided.
3.2 Compliance with legal obligations
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. This includes issuing invoices, maintaining accounting records, and reporting to public authorities (e.g. dane.gov.pl) in accordance with Polish real estate developer regulations.
3.3 Legitimate interests of the controller
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We process data for handling enquiries, direct marketing of our own services, analysing and improving the quality of our website, and establishing or defending legal claims.
3.4 Consent
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. newsletter, analytical cookies), you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- hosting and IT infrastructure providers (including LH.pl, Gnome Cloud);
- automation and CRM tool providers (including Airtable, n8n);
- payment and accounting service providers;
- public authorities — only to the extent required by law (including dane.gov.pl);
- legal, tax, and advisory service providers.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. Airtable) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of data protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms provided for under the GDPR.

- necessary to perform the contract, and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g. 5 years for accounting records);
